How do I place an order?
Locate the items you'd like to purchase by clicking the "Products Category" or the "Shop Now" button.

Click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button for those items you'd like to purchase. Once you have finished shopping and have reviewed your order, proceed to the checkout page and follow the step-by-step process to complete and submit your purchase.

How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience we offer various payment options:

Pay by Credit Card
We honor the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed via secure server and your details are not recorded anywhere. Our payment processor Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (ECHO) will process your transaction real time and will not pass your credit card details on to any third parties. The charge on your credit card will appear as PINOYHAUS.COM, the company that operates EleganceSkin.com.

Pay by Checks/Money Order
We accept payments by check or money order in U.S. dollar funds only. Once we receive your check or money order and its funds are cleared, we will process your order immediately.

Currently we only ship to Canada and United States (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam).

Will I be charged sales tax?
EleganceSkin.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinoyhaus.com is a California-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 9.25% on all orders shipped within California. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, in the event that you change your mind regarding an order you've placed you may cancel it, providing it hasn't been shipped.

To cancel an order, you'll need to send us your E-mail address and your order number. Your order number is located on the "order confirmation receipt" that was e-mailed to you after you placed your order.

If your order has not already been shipped, we will cancel it and notify you via E-mail.
