Shipping Information
Ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California and will normally arrive
within 3 - 7 business days. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the United States Postal Service.

Typically, orders placed before 12:00 noon PST on a normal business day for in-stock items are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received during non-operating business hours will be shipped the following business day. All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time for Special Orders, Back Orders & Out of Stock.

Returns
If you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Include the original invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:
